Agreement
These terms cover use of this website and the booking of services from Briscoe Hills Canine Nation, LLC (“Canine Nation”). Signed program agreements and boarding contracts control where they differ from this page.
Bookings and payment
- Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking exists once we confirm it in writing.
- Program prices shown on this site are current at the time of publication and may change. The price quoted in your confirmation is the price you pay.
- Deposits, balances, and payment timing are set out in your program agreement.
Cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling windows are stated in your program agreement. Boarding reservations cancelled inside the stated window may forfeit the deposit, because the space was held for your dog.
Health, vaccination, and behavior
- Current vaccination records are required before any dog enters the property.
- You must disclose any bite history, aggression, medical condition, or medication at intake. Undisclosed history may end a program without refund.
- If your dog needs urgent veterinary care during a stay, you authorise us to obtain it at your expense when you cannot be reached.
Results
Training outcomes vary with a dog’s age, temperament, history, health, and the consistency of reinforcement at home. We do not guarantee specific behavioral results, and we do not guarantee the elimination of aggression. What we commit to is honest assessment, professional handling, and clear reporting.
Assistance and therapy dogs
We train dogs and coach handlers. We are not a certifying or registering body, and no legally recognised national service-dog registry exists in the United States.
Liability
Working with animals carries inherent risk. To the extent permitted by Arkansas law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Governing law
Arkansas law governs these terms, and the courts of Washington County, Arkansas have jurisdiction.
Drop-off, pickup, and late collection
Drop-off and collection happen inside stated business hours. We live on the property, but that is not an invitation to arrive at 10pm — late collection without prior arrangement may incur an additional night’s boarding. If you are running late, call. We are reasonable when we know.
Dogs we cannot accept
We may decline or end a program for a dog that presents an unmanageable risk to staff or other dogs, a dog whose vaccination status cannot be verified, or a dog with a material health or behavioral history that was not disclosed at intake. Where we decline before work begins, fees paid are refunded.
Photography
We may photograph or film dogs in our care for training records and marketing. Tell us at intake if you would prefer your dog not appear publicly and we will honour it.
Property and personal items
Bring what your dog needs, but leave anything irreplaceable at home. We take reasonable care of collars, leads, beds, and toys, and we cannot guarantee against loss or damage in a working kennel environment.
